Membership Criteria for New Members

The organization shall submit the request for membership in the prescribed format to the district President/Secretary.
Mandatory requirements to become a member: Registered under one of the Indian Society Act 1860, KSR Act 1960, Indian Trust Act 1882 & Company Act 2013 Section 8.
Submit these documents along with the request letter (latest renewal copy, PAN copy, latest 1 year IT return copy, latest board members detail in letterhead, records of organization’s existence with basic infrastructure copy, Annual report for last 1 year, etc.) The key representative from the respective organization should not be convicted of any criminal offense.
The organization can opt for membership in any one district of Karnataka (preferably in a registered district)
Minimum one reference by an existing member of the district network (if already, there is a FEVOURD-K district network formed and functioning)
Submit a resolution copy on the letterhead of the organization that will represent the organization in FEVOURD-K. This member needs to be a board member of the organization.

blacklisting should not be due to any poor performance or financial mismanagement reasons.

The district network forms a committee consisting of GC members, the President, the Secretary & Vice-President to motivate NGOs on membership promotion (conduct demos, make visits to respective NGOs with brochures, strategic plan, and SOP).
3 members committee should review and recommend at the district level (Min one office bearer to be part of the committee)
After approval by the district network, the new member should attend 3 consecutive district meetings.

Payment of Rs.1000/- annual membership cash/online with the respective District Network.
The lifetime membership can be provided at any given point in the financial year. The lifetime membership fee is Rs.20,000 membership.
A multi-year membership tier will also be introduced. The duration of the multi-year membership is 15 years and the fee payable is INR 10,000.
